On the afternoon of August 28, CCPIT Beijing and Yanqing District Government jointly organized the “Commercial Legal Services for Industrial Parks” Yanqing Session. The event also marked the launch of the Beijing Trade Law Special Edition and the Yanqing Catalogue of Key Products and Services for International Promotion. Zhang Jianwei, Secretary of Party Leadership Group of CCPIT Beijing and President of Beijing Chamber of International Commerce, and Zhang Ruobing, Deputy Secretary of the Yanqing District Committee and Governor of Yanqing District, delivered remarks. Li Xiangying, Chairperson of CCPIT Beijing, and Yan Haiying, Vice Governor of Yanqing District, attended the event and presented copies of the two publications to enterprise representatives. Zhu Jialiang, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Beijing, also attended the event, along with relevant officials from both sides.
Under the theme of “Integrating Law and Business for Guidance and Protection”, the event formed part of CCPIT Beijing’s “Commercial Legal Services for Industrial Parks” initiative. Focusing on Yanqing’s key industries, including modern services, green energy, technology-enabled sports, healthcare, and modern agriculture, CCPIT Beijing invited experts to compile the Beijing Trade Law Special Edition, which provides early warnings of legal risks in business operations. CCPIT Beijing also developed the Yanqing Catalogue of Key Products and Services for International Promotion, tailored to support Yanqing-based enterprises in expanding into international markets. Five experts were invited to deliver specialized training on business compliance, risk prevention and control, economic and trade alerts, commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property protection, and financial support for business development. Representatives from more than 100 enterprises and institutions participated in the training and interacted with the experts during an on-site Q&A session.
Against the backdrop of an increasingly complex and rapidly changing international trade environment, a growing number of commercial disputes, and escalating risks in cross-border operations, enterprises face a wide range of uncertainties and challenges in both “going out” and “bringing in”. In response, CCPIT Beijing will continue to strengthen its commercial legal services and further improve its commercial legal service system. It will deepen its understanding of enterprises’ legal service needs, establish “Commercial Legal Services for Industrial Parks” as a regular service brand, and extend commercial legal services to the industrial front lines, thereby contributing to the capital’s high-quality economic development.
