On the afternoon of August 21, the Beijing Chamber of International Commerce (BCIC), together with the Beijing Chamber of Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprises and the Beijing Association for Investment and Financing in the Science and Technology Service Industry (BIFASTSI), organized the “Win-Win Industry Chain” Event Series: A Visit to Loongson Technology Co., Ltd. Around 50 enterprise representatives participated in the event. Zhu Jialiang, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Beijing and Vice President & Secretary General of BCIC, and Hu Weiwu, Chairman of Loongson Technology, delivered remarks. The event was presided over by Qiao Qi, Member of the Economic Committee under the Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and Secretary General of the BIFASTSI.
Zhu Jialiang noted that the event represented an innovative effort by CCPIT Beijing and BCIC to establish a dedicated service system, under which tailored strategies are developed by designated personnel for individual enterprise. BCIC will integrate a wide range of resources to establish an industrial matchmaking platform, facilitate targeted business negotiations through diverse activities, and strengthen its end-to-end tracking mechanism for enterprise services, helping turn cooperation intentions into tangible results. Going forward, BCIC will regularly organize the “Win-Win Industry Chain” Event Series and leverage the strengths of trade promotion organizations to strengthen synergies between technological innovation and Beijing's real economy.
The participating enterprises toured the Loongson Technology exhibition hall to learn about the development of domestically developed CPUs, the company’s proprietary technology ecosystem, and its incubation ecosystem for the IT application innovation industry. During the event, the head of Loongson Technology’s General Business Division delivered a presentation on “Serving National Strategies and Laying a Solid Foundation for Digital China: Loongson CPUs and Solutions”. A representative from the Northern China Division of Beijing Weaver Network Technology Co., Ltd. shared cases of compatibility and deployment involving Weaver and Loongson products, as well as the two companies’ experience in jointly developing the IT application innovation market and building a domestic hardware and software ecosystem. The discussion and matchmaking session featured active engagement and targeted, efficient exchanges. Based on their main businesses, core technological strengths, and future development needs, the participating enterprises held in-depth discussions on hardware and software compatibility within the Loongson ecosystem, joint project development, and supply-demand coordination across the IT application innovation industry chain. They also actively connected with Loongson Technology’s industrial resources and reached several preliminary cooperation agreements during the event. To identify cooperation needs, BCIC conducted a questionnaire survey among participating enterprises during the event. Based on the concerns and needs collected, BCIC will establish a dedicated follow-up mechanism, track cooperation opportunities throughout the process, and proactively facilitate connections to help translate proposed cooperation into tangible outcomes.
Building on its core functions, BCIC will continue to strengthen resource coordination, diversify enterprise service channels, and improve its closed-loop approach to project implementation. By organizing the “Win-Win Industry Chain” Event Series each month, BCIC will deepen front-line business engagement with enterprises and promote mutually beneficial integration and collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises.
