From June 3 to 4, Zhu Jialiang, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Beijing and Vice President and Secretary General of the Beijing Chamber of International Commerce (BCIC), led a delegation to Guangzhou to attend the Meeting for the Alliance of Central Cities’ Chambers of International Commerce and visit CCPIT Guangdong and CCPIT Guangzhou.
On June 3, the delegation visited CCPIT Guangdong and CCPIT Guangzhou, respectively. The two sides exchanged views on the development of chambers of international commerce, cooperation in economic and trade activities, and the preparation and operation mechanisms of major conventions and exhibitions.
On June 4, the delegation attended the Second Enlarged Council Meeting for the Alliance of Central Cities’ Chambers of International Commerce. Nearly 70 representatives from chambers of international commerce in 30 central cities across China, together with guests from various sectors, participated in the meeting. Under the theme “Deepening Regional Collaboration to Promote High-Quality Development”, BCIC delivered remarks on strengthening cooperation between chambers of commerce and municipal governments, enhancing coordination between municipal- and district-level authorities, and fostering synergies between provincial and municipal chambers.
During the visit, the delegation also toured LET-a CeMAT ASIA Event 2026 and Guangzhou International Smart Equipment and Artificial Intelligence Exhibition 2026 to learn about their operational and management practices and to invite leading enterprises to participate in events such as the China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC).
