From May 18 to 20, a delegation from the Brazil-China Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CCIBC) visited Beijing for an inspection tour and held discussions with CCPIT Beijing.
Focusing on frontier fields including AI, LLM applications, intelligent mobility, humanoid robotics, and smart cities, the delegation visited leading tech companies and innovation institutions including Xiaomi, Meituan, Beijing Innovation Center of Humanoid Robotics, Didi Chuxing, iFLYTEK, and Beijing Timeloit Technology Co., Ltd. The visits provided the delegation with a comprehensive understanding of local entities’ innovation capabilities, application scenarios, and global expansion strategies.
CCIBC President Charles Tang noted that Brazil’s fintech market is undergoing rapid growth, with emerging opportunities arising in sectors such as digital banking, enterprise payment solutions, and intelligent risk management. He added that the technological strengths and practical experience accumulated by Chinese enterprises in AI, LLM applications, intelligent hardware, and smart city development offer valuable insights for the Brazilian market. Through closer cooperation with CCPIT Beijing, CCIBC will continue to leverage its bridging role to help more Chinese enterprises gain a deeper understanding of Brazil, enter the Brazilian market, and expand their business presence there.
CCPIT Beijing stated that it will continue to leverage its role as a platform for international economic exchanges to actively support Beijing-based tech companies in expanding into overseas markets, further advance practical cooperation between Chinese and Brazilian enterprises in areas such as AI, fintech, smart cities, and the digital economy, and provide more targeted and efficient services to facilitate bilateral technological exchanges, industrial alignment, and trade collaboration.
