On the afternoon of April 22, the 2026 Changping “Beijing Brands Going Global” Promotion Session and the Release Ceremony for Changping Export Catalogue, with the theme of “Intelligent Manufacturing: From Changping to the World”, took place at the International Medical Equipment City in Changping District. The event was jointly organized by CCPIT Beijing and the Changping District People’s Government, and co-hosted by the Changping District Bureau of Commerce and Beijing Changping Science and Technology Park Development Group. Li Xiangying, Chairperson of CCPIT Beijing, and Liu Xiaodong, Vice Governor of Changping District, attended the event, together with around 120 participants, including representatives from relevant municipal and district authorities, key export-oriented enterprises, overseas business associations, and service agencies.
The Changping Export Catalogue was officially released at the event. It features a curated selection of 94 key enterprises and their export products across Changping’s leading sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and synthetic bio-manufacturing. Compiled in both Chinese and English, the catalogue will be distributed to overseas business associations and trade delegations, helping enterprises expand into international markets with greater precision.
During the event, representatives from Invest Hong Kong, Germany Trade & Invest, the Latvia-China Business Council, and other overseas institutions shared insights on emerging market opportunities. Experts from Deloitte, the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, and the Beijing Chamber of International Commerce’s Committees for Overseas Expansion Services and International Intellectual Property Protection offered practical perspectives on global trends, supporting policies, overseas expansion services, and patent strategies. In addition, local enterprises including Ak Medical, TowardPi Medical, and Ming Yang Smart Energy shared their experience in international expansion.
Taking this event as a new starting point, CCPIT Beijing will continue to advance the “Beijing Brands Going Global” initiative, working in collaboration with districts across the city to build a comprehensive international service system covering policy support, marketing, resource coordination, and risk control, thereby supporting more Beijing-made products in reaching global markets.
