On the afternoon of February 9, 2026, a CCPIT Beijing delegation led by Vice Chairman Zhang Xiufeng visited the RCEP Industry Cooperation Committee and met with its Chairman Xu Ningning.
Xu Ningning noted that the Committee has been helping Chinese provinces and municipalities seize opportunities arising from the RCEP. By constantly establishing high-end platforms, promoting mutual delegation visits, and supporting China’s key industries and enterprises in expanding into RCEP markets, the Committee is working with all sides to advance regional trade, investment, and industrial collaboration.
Zhang Xiufeng stated that CCPIT Beijing has been proactively fulfilling its role of “connecting government and enterprises, linking domestic and international markets, and facilitating supply-demand matchmaking”. He expressed his hope that the two sides would work together to further broaden channels of engagement with ASEAN business associations. He also invited Xu Ningning to attend the Beijing-ASEAN Tech Industry Promotion Conference, with the aim of jointly advancing industrial cooperation and facilitating corporate exchanges between Beijing and ASEAN.
