On January 7, 2026, a CCPIT Beijing delegation, led by Secretary of Party Leadership Group Zhang Jianwei, paid a visit to Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau (the “Bureau”) and met with its Secretary of Party Leadership Group Ma Jiye, Director Yang Beibei, and other relevant officials. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on implementing the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and the municipal government, as well as on deepening pragmatic cooperation in trade and investment promotion. CCPIT Beijing Vice Chairman Zhu Jialiang attended the meeting together with the heads of relevant departments.
Ma Jiye briefed the participants on the progress of the Bureau’s recent key initiatives. He noted that the meeting served as an effective platform for building consensus on cooperation between CCPIT Beijing and the Bureau. He emphasized that both sides stand ready to strengthen coordination, provide mutual support, and work in close concert to enhance the “Invest in Beijing” brand, thereby contributing to the creation of a more attractive, world-class business environment in the capital.
Zhang Jianwei stated that CCPIT Beijing and the Bureau share aligned missions and objectives, as both are tasked with advancing high-standard opening-up and investment promotion in the capital. He expressed the hope that both sides would fully leverage major platforms such as the China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC), the China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), and the Beijing International Investment and Trade Conference (BIIT) to better integrate premium resources and expand the effectiveness of cooperation, thereby injecting fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the capital’s economy.
