On the afternoon of December 30, 2025, Zhang Jianwei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of CCPIT Beijing and President of the Beijing Chamber of International Commerce (BCIC), and Li Xiangying, Chairperson of CCPIT Beijing, led a delegation to Beijing Life Insurance Co., Ltd. The delegation held discussions with Chairman Guo Guanglei and General Manager and Chief Investment Officer Wang Xiuwen of the company. Participants in the meeting included Liu Yang, First-Level Inspector of CCPIT Beijing; Zhu Jialiang, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Beijing and Vice President and Secretary General of BCIC; Liu Jincheng, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of the Trade Union of Beijing Life Insurance; Yu Nong, Vice General Manager of Beijing Life Insurance; as well as heads of relevant departments from both sides.
Guo Guanglei expressed his appreciation for longstanding care and support provided by CCPIT Beijing and BCIC for the growth and development of Beijing Life Insurance, and provided an overview of the company’s insurance operations. Since its establishment seven years ago, Beijing Life Insurance has continuously enhanced its service quality and intrinsic value, and has grown into an important emerging force within Beijing’s insurance sector. Looking ahead, he expressed the hope that CCPIT Beijing and BCIC would continue to provide assistance in areas such as access to international financial resources and participation in international platforms and events.
Zhang Jianwei thanked Beijing Life Insurance for its active support of the various initiatives of CCPIT Beijing and BCIC. He recognized that, although the company is relatively young, it has achieved steady progress in its core businesses, demonstrating the robust capabilities of Beijing’s insurance sector. CCPIT Beijing, as a public service institution for promoting international trade and investment, plays a bridging role in “connecting government and enterprises, linking domestic and international markets, and facilitating supply-demand matchmaking”. By constantly expanding its global network and strengthening its enterprise service system, CCPIT Beijing delivers robust support for business development. Going forward, the two sides can deepen cooperation through platforms such as the China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC), as well as through routine “bringing in” and “going out” initiatives, to jointly promote the high-quality development of the capital’s economy.
