From November 5 to 7, Zhang Jianwei, Secretary of Party Leadership Group of CCPIT Beijing, led a delegation to the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, accompanied by Tang Haijiao, Vice Chairman and First-Level Inspector of CCPIT Beijing.
At the CIIE, the delegation visited the booths of member companies of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing (IBLAC). At the exhibition stands of PwC, HSBC, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and others, they gained first-hand insights into exhibitors’ highlights, R&D and innovation achievements, and efforts to expand into new markets. They paid close attention to enterprises’ development needs, solicited their advice, and encouraged them to leverage the CIIE’s high-standard, open platform to forge connections, seize opportunities, expand cooperation, and strengthen core competitiveness for high-quality growth.
On the occasion of the CIIE, Zhang Jianwei met with Armen Mkhitaryan, President of the Armenian Chinese Partnership Center (ACPC), and signed an MoU on cooperation. He also attended the inaugural event of AIM China Chapter and signed an MoU on friendly cooperation with the AIM Global Foundation. CCPIT Beijing focuses on strengthening international economic exchanges, deepening cooperation among the business community, facilitating cross-border trade, and constantly expanding its global partnership network.
Beyond the expo, the delegation visited CCPIT Shanghai, where the two sides compared notes on promoting international trade and investment, advancing the transformation of the MICE industry, facilitating commercial arbitration and mediation, and enhancing the development of international chambers of commerce.
