On September 9, CCPIT Beijing and the Beijing Chamber of International Commerce (BCIC) organized a symposium on the financial needs for international business, specifically addressing the requirements and recommendations of BAIC Group. The meeting aimed to assist Beijing-based enterprises in expanding into global markets and enhancing their overall competitiveness.

Nearly 60 representatives from nine financial institutions—namely the Beijing branches of the Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, PICC Property and Casualty Company, the Export-Import Bank of China, and Postal Savings Bank of China, as well as Ningbo Bank and Beijing Shunsui Qiancheng Tax Agent Firm—got together to explore financial solutions for advancing the global development of auto companies including BAIC Group.

BAIC International and Foton Motor provided detailed accounts of the financial needs of their international business. They look forward to support in overseas financing and credit facilities for foreign distributors. Financial institutions, in line with their respective product and service characteristics, proposed solutions such as enhancing cross-border financial services, developing new credit insurance cooperation models, and offering customized foreign exchange hedging tools, while reaffirming their commitment to supporting the global expansion of Beijing's auto companies. Participating banks and enterprises also conducted in-depth discussions on specific business matters, establishing direct communication channels to foster closer collaboration.

By providing a platform for meaningful bank-enterprise interaction, the symposium effectively aligned financial resources with corporate needs. Looking ahead, CCPIT Beijing and BCIC will continue to monitor the international development requirements of enterprises, broaden the scope of their services, and explore innovative service models, thereby delivering stronger support to enhance the global competitiveness of Beijing-based companies.
