The 2025 Joint Session of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing (IBLAC) was held on the morning of July 11. The meeting was presided over by Li Xiangying, Chairperson of CCPIT Beijing (IBLAC Secretariat). Representatives from IBLAC members, including the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Local Financial Regulation and Supervision, the General Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, and the Beijing Municipal Government Research Office, attended the session.
The session provided an update on the implementation of various recommendations and the Secretariat's performance since the last IBLAC was established. Discussions focused on the Draft Agenda for the 17th IBLAC meeting and the Preliminary Topic Recommendations. Drawing on their respective areas of expertise, representatives from IBLAC members shared their opinions and suggestions on the agenda and topics of IBLAC sessions.
It was noted that all IBLAC members should strengthen coordination and collaboration to further refine the Council's service framework, enhance its service quality, and ensure thorough preparations for the 17th IBLAC meeting.
