On the morning of June 24, a delegation led by Zhang Jianwei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of CCPIT Beijing, visited Mizuho Bank and met with the President of its Beijing branch. Tang Haijiao, Vice Chairman and First-level Inspector of CCPIT Beijing, attended the meeting along with representatives from both sides.
The President of Mizuho's Beijing branch gave an overview of the bank's operations in China and its business development in the capital city. He expressed gratitude to CCPIT Beijing for supporting Mizuho and noted that joining the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing (IBLAC) offers a valuable opportunity to deepen collaboration between Japanese companies and those based in Beijing.
Zhang Jianwei affirmed that CCPIT Beijing, as the Secretariat of IBLAC, is committed to serving the business community. He stated that CCPIT Beijing will enhance its operational mechanisms, diversify its initiatives, and adopt a demand-driven, results-oriented strategy to offer sustained support for Mizuho's key projects in Beijing and facilitate the local development of IBLAC members. Zhang also encouraged Mizuho to actively endorse the initiatives of both CCPIT Beijing and IBLAC, further expand its footprint in the capital, promote Beijing's business environment to Japanese enterprises, and attract more companies and institutions to invest and operate in the city.
