On May 17, Guo Huaigang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of CCPIT Beijing, led a delegation to attend and address the inaugural ceremony of Fengtai District Supply Chain Collaborative Innovation and Development Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Service Platform). Together with Cai Jin, Vice President of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, Guo Huaigang unveiled the Service Platform. Wang Shaofeng, Secretary of the CPC Fengtai District Committee, spoke at the ceremony, which was chaired by Cui Xulong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fengtai District Committee and Deputy Mayor of the District.
Guo Huaigang extended his warm congratulations on the establishment of the Service Platform. He emphasized that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, President Xi Jinping has issued important instructions on the security and stability of industrial and supply chains on multiple occasions. Today’s meeting fully exemplifies Fengtai District’s diligent implementation of President Xi Jinping’s crucial instructions, as well as the directives from the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and the municipal government, showcasing active engagement in driving effective outcomes and vibrant practices towards high-quality development. He underscored that the establishment of the Service Platform is timely and holds significant importance in optimizing and upgrading both regional and municipal industrial and supply chains, thereby fostering the construction of a modern industrial system.
Guo Huaigang said that CCPIT Beijing would provide full support for the construction of the Service Platform, facilitating enterprises’ access to high-quality resources and expansion into international markets. Firstly, CCPIT Beijing will enhance its policy information services, offering enterprises policy explanations, situational analysis, foreign trade and investment recommendation, and the latest economic and trade information at home and abroad through platforms such as Beijing International Economic and Trade Lecture and the Beijing Trade and Investment Promotion Reference. It will also promptly convey enterprises’ suggestions and demands to the municipal party committee and the municipal government to support decision-making and business development. Secondly, CCPIT Beijing will strengthen the matchmaking of international resources, empowering enterprises’ development with its wealth of overseas connections. Enterprises in Fengtai District are encouraged to participate in international economic and trade events organized or co-organized by CCPIT Beijing, such as the China Beijing International High-tech Expo and the Beijing Investment Fair, Macao International Trade and Investment Fair, and Expo Osaka 2025, to connect with high-quality international resources. Thirdly, CCPIT Beijing will deepen its provision of international commercial legal services, offering early warning, legal consultations, compliance support for international business operations, and commercial mediation and arbitration to help enterprises mitigate and resolve overseas business risks and protect their legal rights and interests. Finally, CCPIT Beijing will offer trade facilitation services, including international commercial certifications such as certificates of origin, commercial certificates, and consular legalization, establishing a “one-stop” service brand for the convenience of enterprises. CCPIT Beijing looks forward to strengthening cooperation with Fengtai District, leveraging the dual advantages of CCPIT Beijing and the Beijing Chamber of International Commerce, to jointly build the Service Platform into a powerful engine for regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading. This aims to contribute to the resilience and security of industrial and supply chains and to facilitate Beijing’s high-level opening up and high-quality development.
The operation rules of the Service Platform were introduced at the meeting, and representatives from the first batch of member enterprises, including Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd., CHD Tendering Co., Ltd. and CHN Energy Yigou (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., gave comments.
