On the afternoon of January 18, Guo Huaigang, Chairman of CCPIT Beijing, met with Patrick Tsang, CEO of Deloitte China, and the two sides exchanged views on giving full play to the mechanism of the Meeting of International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing and further deepening cooperation.
Guo Huaigang gave an overview on the Meeting of International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing, welcomed the entry of Deloitte into the mechanism, and congratulated Ms. Anna Marks, Chair of the Deloitte Global Board of Directors, on taking up the position as the mayor’s adviser. He said that Deloitte, which enjoys a high reputation in the world, is a flagship enterprise in the field of professional services, long committed to engaging in the construction of “Four Centers”, “Two Zones” and “Three Platforms” in Beijing. It is expected that Deloitte will actively propose suggestions for Beijing’s development, fully demonstrate Beijing’s business environment to the world, and promote Beijing’s high-level opening up. As the Secretariat of the Meeting of International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing, CCPIT Beijing will strengthen in-depth cooperation with Deloitte.
On behalf of Deloitte and Chair Anna Marks, Patrick Tsang thanked Beijing for making it a member of the Meeting of International Business Leaders Advisory Council. He said that, fully confident in the development of China and Beijing, Deloitte will strive to develop into a respected and responsible organization that offers professional services. Deloitte will actively propose good suggestions, and promote development through its professional expertise, in a bid to contribute more to the economic and social development of Beijing.
