To facilitate the growth of foreign trade enterprises in Beijing and enable them fully leverage the policy benefits stemming from RCEP and other free trade agreements, CCPIT Beijing held a training session on international commercial certification at the North Garden Hotel on June 27. Wu Lanlan, Vice Chairwoman of CCPIT Beijing addressed the training, while experts Xu Xing and Gao Lichao from CCPIT Trade Promotion and Exchange Center, gave explanations on the completion requirements for certificate of origin, as well as the theory and operational practice of commercial certificates. The training attracted over 120 relevant practitioner from ETCN, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, Beijing Foreign Trade School and enterprises registered at the CCPIT Beijing platform for certificate of origin.
Wu Lanlan highlighted that CCPIT Beijing would align with the “dual circulation” development pattern in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other, well serve enterprises, stay committed to innovation, optimize service methods, improve service quality, and gradually transition the entire process of applying for certificates of origin to an online platform by creating a new model featuring “Internet+government service”. Furthermore, efforts will be made to streamline the in-person application process for commercial certificates, ensuring completion in a single visit, to elevate the commercial certification services provided by CCPIT Beijing to new heights.
Participants noted that this training session addressed the requirements of international business and aligned with the development trend of international trade, deepened their understanding of RCEP, enabled them to apply trade facilitation measures in line with standards, and expand overseas markets in compliance with laws and regulations.
