CCPIT Beijing Held Inaugural Ceremony for Exhibition Services

To further expand the profound impact of educational initiatives centered around “Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era” and to translate acquired knowledge into concrete deeds, the CCPIT Beijing held an inaugural ceremony for the exhibition service activities under the theme “The party flag flutters at the exhibition venue, while the party emblem shines brightly for each role” on May 23. This endeavor aims to leverage our accumulated knowledge as a powerful source of inspiration, contributing to the successful organization of the 2023 Exhibition of ZGC Forum.

During the ceremony, Guo Huaigang, Chairman and Secretary of Leading Party Members' Group of the CCPIT Beijing, presented the flag to the Pioneering Team of Party Members Engaged in Exhibition Services and delivered an inspiring speech. Huang Saixi, Head of the Sixth Guidance Group for the Municipal Party Committee’s Themed Education Program, and Wen Yu, Deputy Head of the First Sub-group of the Liaison Group of the Municipal Party Committee’s Themed Education Office, also attended the ceremony. All party members and leaders of the CCPIT Beijing participated in the associated activities.

The Pioneering Team of Party Members Engaged in Exhibition Services offers services with four specialized squads: Operational Support, Reception Service, Consultation Service, and Security Assurance. These squads cover a comprehensive range of services, focusing on five key areas:

(1) Negotiation service: Catering to the needs of exhibitors and professional visitors at the exhibition, our team offers coordinated support, including matchmaking, negotiation facilitation, and translation services;

(2) Reception service: We offer registration assistance, route guidance, guide service, and dedicated research reception services for all visitors to the Exhibition;

(3) Consultation service: Our team offers expert guidance in intellectual property protection and rights protection, as well as consultations related to international commercial law and certification procedures;

(4) Security service: We conduct thorough on-site patrols to identify and address any potential safety hazards, and closely monitor the implementation of security measures;

(5) Support service: We aim to create a conducive environment for exhibitors and visitors, and provide timely and effective support services.

 

During the ceremony, representatives of the CCPIT Beijing Pioneering Team made a solemn pledge to uphold the highest standards. They’ll exemplify unwavering dedication and embody the remarkable attributes of “political astuteness, proactive engagement, and unwavering devotion” that characterize the officials of the capital city. They will diligently fulfill their responsibilities in running the exhibition, providing consultation services, ensuring safety, and performing other tasks of the utmost quality. Through tangible efforts, the party flag will proudly fly within the exhibition grounds, and the party emblem will radiate brilliance for each assigned role.

Guo Huaigang called upon party members and leaders to firmly uphold their mission, fearlessly embrace it, wholeheartedly dedicate themselves, mobilize their most exceptional resources, and relentlessly pursue “high standards, swift actions, pragmatic work ethos, and good reputation”. With resolute confidence and determination, they will elevate the Exhibition of ZGC Forum into a world-class showcase of technological prowess, making substantial contributions to fortifying the functions of the “Four Centers” - the national political center, cultural center, center for international exchanges, and center for national innovation - and steadfastly advancing high-level opening-up.
