Zhang Xiufeng, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Beijing, led a delegation to visit Nokia Solutions and Networks Investment (China) Co., Ltd. on April 13, and had exchanges with Ma Tao, Executive Vice President of Nokia Solutions and Networks Investment (China) Co., Ltd., about the topics of high-quality services to foreign-funded enterprises and participation in the Exhibition of ZGC Forum (China Beijing International High-tech Expo, CHITECH).
Zhang Xiufeng thanked Nokia for its long-term support for CCPIT Beijing, and introduced the two working mechanisms: “service package” and the task force for services to foreign-funded enterprises. The two working mechanisms were set to receive feedbacks of enterprises, help address the problems facing them, and create a better environment for foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing. He also invited Nokia to participate in the China-LAC Business Summit and the activities themed “Connect the World, Invest in Beijing, and Share the Future” to explore more cooperation opportunities.
Ma Tao thanked CCPIT Beijing for its work over the years, looked back at the development history of Nokia in the communications sector and its efforts in promoting the digital transformation of enterprises and building a benchmark city for Beijing digital economy. He highlighted the business module of “digital + intelligent manufacturing”, gave pertinent suggestions on tapping into the business’ growth potential, delivering targeted industrial subsidies, opening up the market of existing business, removing trust barriers at the executive level, and deepening trade exchanges between China and Finland. Ma also said that Nokia would actively participate in the CHITECH to showcase the new concept of “Industrial Metaverse”.
Relevant departments of CCPIT Beijing introduced the preparations for the CHITECH and the mid-term meeting of International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing, and invited Nokia to participate.
The meeting was also attended by Miao Qi, Director of Government Relations of Nokia Solutions and Networks Investment (China) Co., Ltd., among others.
