On the morning of February 21, Guo Huaigang, chairman of CCPIT Beijing led a delegation to the Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC) and exchanged ideas with Lin Zhiwei, secretary general of the BAC. Wu Lanlan, vice chairwoman of CCPIT Beijing, Chen Fuyong, deputy secretary general of the BAC, and other relevant personnel also attended the meeting. The two parties discussed a range of issues, including arbitration practices, commercial legal services and international commercial dispute resolution mechanisms, aiming to promote the development of the International Arbitration Center and the International Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution. The two parties also expressed their commitment to establishing a regular cooperation mechanism and building an international as well as professional team on the basis of their own strengths; they also reached an agreement on deepening collaboration in areas such as information sharing, professional training, and think tanks to provide enterprises globally envisioned services in demand. Together, the two parties would develop an international commercial legal service platform for the capital city to support on creating an internationalized and legalized business environment.
