On the morning of February 14, Chhabindra Parajuli, Economic Minister of the Embassy of Nepal in China, led a delegation to CCPIT Beijing to discuss about the resolution of commercial disputes. Wu Lanlan, Vice Chairwoman of CCPIT Beijing, received and welcomed the delegation, and introduced the basic functions and commercial legal services of CCPIT Beijing. She expressed the willingness of CCPIT Beijing to actively assist Chinese and foreign companies in resolving commercial disputes through mediation, arbitration, and other means. Wu also hoped to strengthen cooperation with Nepalese business associations to jointly build a commercial dispute resolution mechanism and promote the settlement of commercial disputes between China and Nepal. At the meeting, Chhabindra updated on Nepal’s import and export trade with China. He acknowledged that as trade between the two countries continued to grow, commercial disputes were likely to become an increasingly significant issue. Chhabindra also expressed his hope to collaborate with CCPIT Beijing to help enterprises prevent trade risks, reduce trade disputes, and settle any potential trade disputes that may arise
