The Government of Punjab (Pakistan) will hold the Second International Business Seminar at Lahore International Expo Center from April 12 to 14, 2017.
Punjab’s First International Business Seminar was held in November 2015, with fruitful results. It attracted over 500 local and overseas representatives and investors, and more than 160 cooperation memorandums of understanding and investment agreements were signed.
The event provides a broader platform for private and public shareholders and investors. Although it is open to people from all walks of life, the 2017 seminar will focus on textile, agriculture, manufacturing, mines and minerals, services, industrial park investment/construction, and infrastructure. Punjab will be committed to trade and investment in the above fields.
This year’s event will include a two-day investment conference from April 12 to 13, 2017. Meanwhile, during April 12-14, 2017, an exhibition open to all product fields will be held. The latest information on the activities will be posted on the website for the event (www.isbop.gop.pk). The government will provide local transportation, assist in hotel reservations, airport pickup, visa processing and tour of local industrial parks. Please inform us your intention of participation at your earliest convenience, so as to make sure your seats will be reserved at the conference. Due to the limit on seats, we will follow the principle of “first come, first served”. Meanwhile, Chinese exhibitors can get booths for free. For details, please consult the embassy. The local organizer of the event is Punjab Board of Investment and Trade. The Pakistan Embassy in China will assist potential quality enterprises.
