Overview of the project company
As a medium built to promote the high-quality development of the aluminum industry by fully leveraging the resource advantage of Xinfa Group, the Park is poised to become a new height of clustering and platform for transformation and upgrade of the aluminum finishing and deep processing industry, as well as a new economic growth engine for Liaocheng in the future.
Contents and progress of project construction
The project is located in Liaocheng of Shandong province, with planned investments of RMB 10 billion. Phase I of the project consists of the building of an approximately 1 square kilometer (1,400-mu) industrial park for aluminum finishing and deep processing, a research, development and application technology innovation center (incubator) for aluminum alloy materials, a public services platform and a centralized office platform.
Construction conditions
Built on the back of the northern district of the Liaocheng Xinfa New & Hi-Tech Materials Industrial Park, the Park is mainly oriented towards high-grade aluminum finishing and deep processing, new metallic materials and integrated utilization of resources. It can provide the related preferential policies and supporting facilities to projects within it.
Estimated project investment
Planned investments amount: RMB10 billion.
Analysis and forecast of market and economic benefits
The Industrial Park is expected to have an output value of over RMB 50 billion by 2025, with one aluminum finishing and deep processing enterprise with output of over RMB10 billion, two with output value of over RMB 5 billion and 10 with output value of over RMB 2 billion.
