Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Big Data Innovation and Application Center is set to become the most competitive platform to support big data applications and services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) region, aiming at effectively integrating resources, technologies and application solutions across the big data industry to give rise to an innovation-oriented big data development model by penetrating the industry’s entire value chain from technology exploration and generation to demonstration, improvement and final implementation. The Center will adopt novel means to present and interact with our users to provide them with an immersive environment where technologies such as IoT, sensor, wearable device, smart sensing, video collection, VR and AR will be presented along with various smart applications associated with city planning, transportation, energy, medical service and environmental protection; meanwhile, users will get firsthand experience to learn and practice how to make use of bid data in terms of building personal information center, monitoring health condition, customizing education and services as well as efficient wealth management and social network expansion. Upon establishment, the Center will see a convergence of most forward-looking big data technologies and most representative big data companies to cultivate most disruptive bid data innovations with an influx of top-level big data professionals across the BTH region, creating conditions for big data-related R&D, showcasing and awareness cultivation. A well-established big data implementation framework will be available to the public, also serving as a platform for scientific education, awareness cultivation and interactive experience. Effective connections between enterprises and users, between technologies and applications as well as between innovations and implementation are going to be established as a result, contributing to the healthy and green development of the bid data industry.
