Description:
Cordyceps militaris is an in-house produced fruiting body of cordyceps fungus using silkworm pupa as medium under controlled temperature, humidity and light conditions comparable to the Tibetan climate conditions of Naqu county at an altitude of 4000 meters. Cordyceps militaris was approved by then China’s Ministry of Health (now National Health Commission) in 2009 as a new resource food which benefits various human organs including lung, kidney and spleen along with effects such as nerve calming and cancer cell inhibition. It can be taken as both food and medicine of significant health promotion and disease prevention effect. The project is planned to produce a variety of cordyceps militaris products ever year including 200,000 tons of tea drinks, 100,000 tons of alcoholic drinks, 100,000 tons of soy sauce, 100,000 tons of coffee, 100,000 tons of Chinese porridge, 100,000 tons of dried noodles, 100,000 tons of biscuits, 100,000 tons of mushroom sauce and 100 million units of cancer-preventing vaccines. The project also plans to set up 100,000 franchise stores (unmanned supermarket). A total of 30 billion Yuan in profit and 3 billion Yuan in tax contribution every year will be generated according to conservative estimate.
