Background and planning: Dongtou is a provincial-level scenic area, China’s best coastal spot to photograph, and one of China’s Top Ten locations for photo shoots. The project aims to better meet the needs of tourists and further improve Dongtou’s tourist reception capacity and tourism infrastructure.

Content and scale: Located at the rear of the central fishing spot south of Dongtou Island, the project, covering an area of approx. 200mu, includes a tourist distribution center, a seafood-themed street, a city exhibition hall, and shopping centers. The scale of the project is subject to the design of investors.

Preparation and progress: Utility services, telecommunications and paved roads are up to code. Land standards will be set out by the district government after the letter of intent is concluded.
