The cluster is an integral part of Wenzhou’s eastern expansion, a main platform for its economic transition and upgrading, and a window to the world. Its attractive location, spatial layout, environmental services and infrastructure provide a favorable business environment.

Content and scale: With a planned area of 200mu, the project includes modern offices, luxury hotels with exclusive ballrooms, and boutique shopping centers. It is committed to becoming a typical commercial complex of Oujiangkou.

Preparation and progress: Utility services, telecommunications and paved roads are available, and the construction ground is leveled. The land is up to standards and ready for leasing.
