Description:

Background and planning: The transit-oriented development project is positioned as an integral part of Wenzhou CBD. It is easily accessible from Wenzhou MTR (S3 and M1), Wenzhou Ring Expressway, Wenzhou North Bus Station and Zhuji-Yongjia Expressway.

Content and scale: With a planned area of approx. 14km², the project will house some 170,000 people (the 3.77km² core area will house about 50,000). The project features such functions as modern logistics, high-end commerce, tourism and recreation.

Preparation and progress: Preliminary plans are ready. Core area development is in sync with the construction of Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway.
