◆Project basics: Located at a CBD of Xihu District, the 56,700m² “Dream Street” consists of three parts: a 12,000m² e-commerce park + 20,000m² apartment buildings, three stand-alone office buildings with a total construction area of over 7,700m², and 10,000m² strip malls + 7,000m² basements. So far, tender invitation for Phases I+II project has been complete, and that for Phase III project is under way. A number of famed companies have moved in, including Oracle Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, and To8to Jiangxi Head Office.

◆Market prospects: As the only urban district among the five districts home to SME entrepreneurship and innovation bases in Nanchang, Xihu is going full tilt to develop “Dream Street” into a comprehensive e-commerce industry base-cum-provincial-level cluster with complete support facilities. While incubating start-ups, the project will assist leading companies with software R&D, trade, logistics, information exchange, education and training.
