In accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on August 18, 2017, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (the "MOFCOM") issued Announcement No.39 of 2017, deciding to carry out anti-dumping investigation against imports of white feather broilers originating in Brazil.
In view of the complexity of this case, the MOFCOM decided to extend its investigation period by six months in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China; that is to say, the deadline falls on February 18, 2019.
