Brief Statistics on China’s Labor Service Cooperation Overseas in January-October 2014

Labor service personnel dispatched overseas in January-October 2014 amounted to 449,000, an increase of 61,000 compared with that of 2013, going up 15.7% year on year. Laborers dispatched for contracted projects were 217,000, and for labor service cooperation were 232,000. In October, labor service personnel dispatched overseas amounted to 54,000, a rise of 6,000 compared with the same period of 2013. At the end of October, labor service personnel dispatched overseas reached 998,000, a rise of 95,000 compared with that of 2013.
