How do cross-border e-commerce companies raise money? Who are the main regulators of these companies, and what are the rules? How do the customs keep cross-border e-commerce in order? She also conducted a case-based, in-depth analysis on China’s best practices for connecting cross-border e-commerce with capital markets, and the do’s and don’ts for going public. Li and the participants interacted after the session.
Beijing E-Commerce Association, Tianjin Binhai New Area Cross-border E-Commerce Association, Cross Border E-Commerce Association of Hebei Province and Beijing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association played an active role in bringing together cross-border e-commerce companies in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. These companies are expected to take opportunity by the forelock and further enhance their compliance awareness. The session serves to enhance, and open up new spaces for, the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce.
