On the afternoon of April 22, online training session on “RCEP Rules of Origin and Compliance Practice” was held by CCPIT Beijing, and CCPIT branches in Tianjin, Hebei, Shenyang, Qingdao, International Chamber of Commerce, Beijing International Economic and Trade Legal Service Center, and Beijing Import and Export Enterprises Association. Nearly 200 representatives from the organizers, relevant business associations and enterprises participated in this training session.
At the training session, Mr. Hao Jingyu of Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm gave a detailed introduction and in-depth explanation of RCEP rules of origin and their application from a legal perspective, focusing on the characteristics of RCEP rules of origin, the outlook of the approved exporter system, tariff reduction and corporate planning, and origin compliance cases. After the session, Mr. Hao Jingyu also interacted with the representatives participating in the session.
This exchange session actively promoted foreign trade companies to better grasp the rules of origin of RCEP, seize opportunities, share RCEP policy benefits, and expand new space for regional trade cooperation based on compliance.
