The 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (“CIFTIS”) will be held in the exhibition hall on the ground floor of the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in early September. As one of the eight thematic exhibitions of the 2020 CIFTIS, the Tourism and Travel-Related Services Thematic Exhibition is hosted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism. With the theme of "Travel connects the world, Travel lights up the life", it will be committed to building a platform for service trade transactions and tourism product promotion, and building a bridge for people all over the world to communicate and share a better life.
The 10,000-square-meter exhibition hall for the Tourism and Travel-Related Services Thematic Exhibition will be divided into three major areas: Beijing exhibition area, domestic exhibition area and international exhibition area. At present, it has attracted more than 700 tourism organizations, tourism enterprises and specially invited buyers from more than 40 countries and regions. Rich and colorful cultural tourism resources, high-quality tourism products benefiting the people, distinctive themed activities, and humorous interactive experiences will form a splendid cultural tourism event.
Create a global cultural and travel industry event
The Tourism and Travel-Related Services Thematic Exhibition brings together the most representative institutions and enterprises in the industry. The World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF), the world's first city-based international tourism organization, along with 78 international tourism organizations, 55 international tourism enterprises and 100 international buyers from more than 40 countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Poland, and Switzerland, will participate in online and offline exhibitions and forums, making it a grand event for exchange and negotiation in the international tourism industry. The leading enterprises in the domestic tourism industry, such as China Tourism Group, Beijing Tourism Group, Shanxi Cultural Tourism Investment Holding Group, Shaanxi Cultural Investment Group, Atlantis, Hainan Haihua Island, as important practitioners and promoters of the development of trade in tourism services, will lead the industry to study new problems, discover new opportunities, and find new directions through participation in exhibitions and conferences, thus promoting the recovery of the tourism industry, and promoting a healthier and more sustainable development of trade in tourism services.
