In order to promote the economic and trade cooperation and the exchanges of know-how between China and Southeast Asia in the field of tube and wire, further expand and consolidate the Southeast Asian market, and increase the export of China’s tube and wire product, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Machinery Sub-Council (CCPIT MSC) will continue its effort in September 2019 to organize relevant domestic manufacturers and foreign trade companies to attend the Tube & Wire Southeast ASIA which is to be held in Bangkok, Thailand. I Introduction on the Exhibition and market:
Started in 1997, the Tube & Wire Southeast Asia is organized biennially by the German company Messe Düsseldorf Asia Pte Ltd. It was held in Singapore from 1997 to 2005 under the name of Tube Singapore &Wire Singapore. Since 2007 when it was relocated to Thailand, it has received great support from the International Tube Association (ITA) and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). As an influential and large-scale exhibition of its kind in Asia, the Exhibition brings opportunities to its participants in getting access to the tube and wire products market of Thailand and the Southeast Asian market.
The last exhibition in 2017 covered an area of 15,000 square meters, attracting 345 enterprises from 30+ countries including Australia, China, Germany, Italy, UK and the U.S. Nearly 10,000 trade visitors from 50 countries visited the Exhibition for cooperation talks, with 39% coming from overseas. The last few years witnessed the fast development of Southeast Asian industry with the demand of pump valve, pipe fitting and tube stock gradually increasing, so more buyers are hoping to have face-to-face talks with manufacturers with super quality and competitive price, making the Exhibition a golden ticket for Chinese enterprises to establish their presence in Thailand even Southeast Asian market.
Despite the grave global economic crisis, Southeast Asian countries, with short recovery time and being the perfect investment destinations, have always been the economic highlight in recent years. The region attracts foreign direct investment from advanced economies like America, European Union and Japan, with an amount of somewhat between 55-70 billion dollars every year. As far as Thailand is concerned, nearly 10 billion dollars of foreign investment is made here every year. The neighboring countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam are given close attention by international investors for their excellent business environment. Attending this top-level tube and wire exhibition in Asia at this time will undoubtedly help participants make full use of the opportunity to explore this significant market.

Tubular products: manufacturing machinery for tubes and tube accessories, processing machinery for tubes, welding machinery, toolmaking and in-plant transport machines, tools, auxiliary materials, steel tube and accessories, stainless steel and accessories, non-ferrous tubes and accessories, other tube materials (including concrete pipe, plastic tube, ceramic tube), measurement & control technology and detecting technology, installations for environmental protection; raw materials for tubes like multiple-unite tube, parts and accessories; the production of tube materials and pipelines, processing and manufacturing machinery, equipment, tools, corrosion prevention and parts; welding; thermal treatment; instrument for duct survey, detecting and monitoring; test facility and research and development.
Pipe fitting: various fittings, elbows, tee joints, cross, reducer, flange, bend, pipe cap, head and pump valve.
Wire rod: manufacturing machinery and processing machinery for wire rod, fastener manufacturing machinery, manufacturing machinery for wire products, springs making machinery, cable manufacturing machinery, tools manufacturing machinery, auxiliary materials for wire and cable manufacturing, wire products, measurement & control technology and detecting technology, installations for environmental protection, steel wire and wore coil.
IV Form of exhibition
Material object-oriented with the support of images, models, samples and multimedia presentation. Exhibitors may rent standard booth or decorate the booth according to their demands.
V Conditions for Participation
The exhibitors shall be the professional manufacturing enterprises with export rights. Forged and fake commodities and products that infringe others’ intellectual property rights and trade mark rights are strictly prohibited.
VI Registration Procedures
1. The applicant should fill out the annex 1 the Registration Form and Exhibition Instruction and fax it with company seal affixed to CCPIT MSC who will fax it with the sub-council’s steal affixed to the applicant for confirmation. Due to limited booths, applicants are expected to register as soon as possible.
2. Applicants should pay RMB 20,000 as the deposit for each booth and RMB 5,000 as the deposit for each person following the confirmation the applicant’s exhibitor qualification to CCPIT MSC who will allocate booths to applicants according to the order of receiving the deposits. Companies that don’t register for the exhibition may delegate staff to visit the Exhibition with the same fees as the registers, that is, RMB 5,000 per person as deposit.
