The 12th China Beijing International Cultural & Creative Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as ICCIE 2017) will be held from September 11 to September 13 in Beijing. With the theme of “Integrated development of culture and technology”, the Fourth Promotion of Cooperation Projects for Integration and Development of Culture and Related Sectors will still be one of the important activities of ICCIE in the section of promotion and trade. It will tap into the potential of cooperation between culture and such sectors as technology, education, sports, tourism and finance, jointly promoting project development and industrialization.
The Fourth Beijing Promotion Conference of Cultural Integration Projects Cooperation of ICCIE is sponsored by State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Beijing, and co-organized by Industrial Culture Development Center of MIIT and China Association of Technology Entrepreneurs. This year’s promotion aims to highlight Beijing’s commitment to integrated development through various kinds of activities, helping to align culture with related sectors, institutions and universities, and further boosting innovation-driven development and competitiveness of enterprises.
The promotion will focus on six types of projects, including integration of culture and technology, culture and education, culture and tourism, culture and sports, culture and commerce, and culture and finance. Enterprise representatives will promote their projects to invited industry experts and potential companies through self-presentation, achievement demonstration, and discussion on cooperation.
It is reported that this year’s section of promotion and trade will also include promotion of foreign cultural trade policies and enterprises, of provincial and municipal cultural and creative projects, of cultural and creative cluster projects, and of Sino-foreign cultural cooperation and exchanges.
