The delegation led by Zhang Youlin, First-level Inspector of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council (CCPIT Beijing) was invited to visit the Northern China Headquarters of AstraZeneca on December 21. Zhang Youlin discussed future cooperation with Huang Bin, Vice President of AstraZeneca China and Chairman of AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
Zhang Youlin gave an introduction on the functions of CCPIT Beijing and the Meeting of International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Beijing, extended a message of thanks to AstraZeneca for participating in the 2021 Exhibition of ZGC Forum (China Beijing International High-tech Expo), and invited AstraZeneca to bring more products to the next expo.
Chairman Huang Bin had an in-depth exchange with Zhang Youlin about AstraZeneca’s businesses and development needs in Beijing. He focused on promoting AstraZeneca’s Community Intelligent Healthcare Innovation Center and Beijing iCampus, and introducing the whole-process management scheme in cooperation with academicians in relevant fields that spans from disease screening to home care for patients with respiratory, digestive, metabolic, cardiovascular diseases or malignant tumors, and the one-stop service that covers offices, product improvement and matchmaking between investment and financing for incubating life science enterprises.
