Deputy Chairman NI Yuegang Meets with the North East England Delegation of the UK Trade and Investment

On Oct. 24, 2008, Deputy Chairman NI Yuegang met with the North East England Delegation of the UK Trade and Investment.

The UKTI is affiliated to the British Government, and to help overseas companies to headquarter in Britain and search for global development for British companies. Each year, hundreds of companies headquarter in Britain for global development, of which are high-tech companies, of which are global industrial giants. The UKTI includes 12 investment zones; the North East England was one.

The visit of the delegation was to prepare for the visit of the trade and investment delegation of the North East England to Beijing in the second half of next year. The delegation hoped that the CCPIT Beijing became its cooperative unit in Beijing to carry out economic and trade exchanges.

NI firstly thanked British guests for the trust in the CCPIT Beijing, introduced the basic profile of the CCPIT Beijing and all activities organized by us, and some liaison and cooperation between the CCPIT Beijing and the British business circle. He hoped to provide pragmatic and effective help for British enterprises by the platform of the CHITEC and ICCIE through the publicity and assistance of the North East England of the UKTI. The CCPIT Beijing expected the cooperation with the North East England Chamber of Commerce.
