CCPIT Beijing Mr. NI YueGang met with a delegation from Columbia-China Chamber of Commerce headed by its Deputy Chair Mr. LI Chao 11 January 2010.
Mr. NI introduced about basic information about CCPIT Beijing, the high-tech expo and cultural and creative industry it holds, work plan for 2010; he also reviewed the relation development of the two chambers since the signing of cooperative agreement.
Mr. LI briefed on the general information about Columbia, economic and trade situation, current economic and trade status with China, and the strengths and suggested sectors of investment for out bounded Chinese enterprises.
In recent years, China and Latin America experience more and more frequent exchanges. The 3rd China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit (with CCPIT as the host) was held in Bogota, Columbia’s capital in November 2009. The 4th edition of this summit will be held in China’s city of Chengdu in October 2010.
