CCPIT Beijing Vice-Chair, Vice President and Secretary-General of Beijing Association for Trade in Services (BATS) Mr. NIE YueGang met with a delegation of three from the Italian Union Investment Company headed by its President Mr. Alexandria Dilly on 25th January 2010.
The visiting Italian company is an investment consulting firm in Italy, mainly engaging in consulting services for inbound investment companies in registration procedures, legal affairs, taxation finance. It participated in the special session of the “Chinese Enterprises Overseas Investment Environment Promotion” held during the 12th China (Beijing) International High-Tech Expo, and was drawn wide attention from Chinese enterprises. The purpose of their visit this time was to seek further collaboration with BATS, expand business scope in Beijing and to look for a suitable place for its representative office in Beijing.
After the meeting, CCPIT Beijing accompanied the Italian guests to Chinese Enterprise Consultancy Service Co. for consideration of helping the national state-owned enterprises to invest in Italy. The two sides dealt in depth discussions on the market information of China, government policy directive, market resources, came to consensus on utilizing each other’s advantages to offer “one-stop” service to Chinese enterprises investing in Italy and Italian enterprises investing in China, and reached an initial intent of cooperation in investment consultancy and legal affairs service.
